Main Congress Program
Overall objective of the congress: The overall objective of our congress was to discuss all facets of claims management by legal protection insurers, including the role of our partners, e.g. lawyers and other providers who are involved in the value chain. Delegates developed ideas on what good claims handling means and what is necessary to optimize the value proposition to clients. Equally, we explored current trends: what do customers want? Which technologies/ tools are available on the market? How can this help to improve the services offered to clients?
Day 1: introduction into the topic, exploration of the legal services landscape, positioning and identifying the roles of different market players, setting the scene.
Day 2: identify and address changes on operational and strategic levels. What is ‘good’ claims management? Presentations, workshops, discussions and exploration of solutions for good claims management.
